Born from
the soil of
the Philippines

The Philippines has been growing world-class coffee since the 1800s. But for too long, our best beans left for foreign markets — while Filipinos drank imported blends. Pure Grounds exists to change that.

We work directly with smallholder farmers in Sagada, Benguet, and Bukidnon — paying above fair-trade prices and investing in processing infrastructure. Every bag you brew is a direct investment in Filipino coffee's future.

"Philippine coffee doesn't need to compete with the world. It needs to be tasted by it."

The journey from
cherry to cup

01

Harvest

Handpicked at peak ripeness from highland farms above 1,000m. Only red-ripe cherries, selected by our partner farmers who've tended these trees for generations.

02

Process

Washed, natural, or honey process — chosen to highlight each farm's unique terroir. Coffees are dried on raised beds under shade, slow and controlled for optimal sweetness.

03

Roast

Small-batch roasted in Manila. Each origin profile is developed through dozens of test batches before it reaches your door. We roast to order — never sitting in inventory.

04

Brew

Every bag ships with brew notes: grind size, water temperature, ratio. Whether you pour over, aeropress, or moka pot — we want your first cup to be extraordinary.
